Licensed Electrician needed for wiring and adding circuits to an inspected subpanel for an in progress ADU.
My electrician installed a subpanel (inspected) and wired it from the main panel (also inspected and approved). Need to hire a licensed and bonded electrician to finish the job - wiring the permitted ADU and adding circuits before the rough-in city inspection. Any electrical work that needs to be permitted with be required (adding circuits for example).
List of tasks:
1. Kitchen circuits - 8x8 junction box - location to be in the cabinet wall, per location of cabinet
-Range
-20 amp circuit for hood fan/(microwave)
-Small appliance (2 20 amp circuits)
-Dishwasher (15 amp)
-Garbage disposal
2. Heaters (20 amp each) and thermostat
-Bedroom (220)
-Kitchen (220)
-Power to thermostat and then heaters
-Bath - heater has embedded thermostat - 120V
3. 3-way wire and a hot wire from the existing switch located inside kitchen entry from hallway to switch location for outdoor lights and outside entry light
-Wires need to go to appropriate locations and into junction boxes
-Determine location of where the junction box inside closet (by outside door) goes.
4. (3) exterior motion lights (2) in front entry wall and (1) at door entry
-Switch placement TBD at time of install
5. Install chandelier (have already determined wiring can be done
6. Install 2 overhead lights in hallway
7. Hardwire smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
