I manage 3 apartment buildings and am looking to hire a painter that can work on all 3 properties as needed. This is mostly interior painting when preparing units to be rented. This is for an employee position, we are not looking to hire a contractor. 30 to 40 hours a week depending on your availability. Flexible schedule All materials and supplies will be provided Speak, read and write English fluently Reliable transportation between Capitol Hill and Madison Park Self starter Able to work independently with little supervision Complete task as assigned on time Must have a smart phone to record time daily
