Ideal candidates have at least 6 months on a drilling rig floor as a floorhand, casing floorhand or above. If inexperienced slots are open, Nabors Drilling will hire inexperienced candidates with the right work history background. Ideal candidates have recent & ongoing oilfield work, outside in a physical labor work capacity for 12+ hours daily and in all types of weather. Inexperienced slots open and close quickly.
