Household and older child Help

I'm needing help with household duties, including with four children ages 11 to 16. Hours are from 6:45 am to anywhere from 11am to 3pm, depending on what needs to get done. Mornings duties will entail: preparing breakfast, getting kids to school on time, cleaning kitchen after dropping off kids, laundry, light household cleaning, errands, and keeping up with children's school needs.....arranging tutors, communicating with coaches and teachers, etc. This position is for someone who is type A, highly organized, competent, willing to be flexible with tasks, and who is willing and able to help the kids get and stay organized.
