A well established real estate company is looking to hire a responsible Maintenance Tech for a 82 unit property. The tech is required to fulfill work orders and upkeep of the property. We are looking for someone with great people skills to provide our residents with excellent customer service. The tech will work closely with the property manager and must be a team player. Responsibilities include: • Basic electrical repairs • Basic plumbing repairs • Grout and Caulking • Drywall repairs • Painting • Repair and swap out appliances • General labor
