Mitsubishi Split unit tech needed

Hi, I had a split unit system installed, and had a technician out to check the install. He wasn't too familiar with Mitsubishi, but was able to say that there isn't freon going to the accumulator. He wasn't sure if this was a settings thing with the switches (I somehow lost the manual, but we weren't able to figure it out from the online manual) or a problem with the unit itself. He recommended someone familiar with this system to ensure we have everything setup correctly. The model number is: 8C48NA Let me know if you're able to help!
