The Foreman is responsible for Supervising the installation of spray applied and sheet applied air barrier systems on new and existing commercial and residential buildings to the required specifications designated by the material manufacturer. Must work and communicate with a team to complete each job effectively and safely. Other duties include: -Responsible and accountable for working with team members to complete air barrier installation jobs and other necessary work on multiple projects. -Responsible for ensuring that the proper amount of air barrier material is installed evenly and consistently to specified thicknesses and cover all exposed areas. Also accountable for material usages so as not to exceed material estimates. -Coordinate with other tradesmen or General Contractor representative to achieve each day's goals for production. Report to supervisor any delay's or obstructions that may impede goals.
