Seeking dependable individual to maintain grounds and general maintenance of manufactured housing communities. 80% of your tasks will involve maintaining lawn and curb appeal of property. Operating large mowers and industrial weed eaters and other various tools for lawn maintenance. 20% of your tasks will involve maintenance of rental homes and the park. General maintenance involving cleaning out homes, painting, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to repair and remodel to rent condition. May respond to work order requests. Requirements for this position: Valid DL and reliable transportation. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property maintenance, construction, or related field. Has own hand tools. Authorized to work in the United States.
