Can someone help?

I have a cat, 8 Years old. For the past week, he has not been eating. He drinks water and just sleeps. He is in no pain, when I touch and pet him. He does still jump up on bed. And is using his liter box. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be. Or know of a low cost vet, since I am on social security and cannot really afford an expensive vet. Thank you, I would appreciate any feedback.
