Production Associate - Swing or Graveyard- Full Time

Square One Solutions is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for all shifts (morning, swing, and graveyard) for a company located in South Reno. If you have experience with electronics, assembly, or are a detail oriented person this could be for you! This company manufactures special protectants and seals for a variety of electronic devices used for fields such as medical, automotive, and more! They do this by utilizing low pressure injection molding. Production associates will be responsible for accurately reporting to the director of operations as well as performing manufacturing and assembly duties. The ideal candidate needs to be aware that hand-eye coordination is a must as well as organizational skills. Some primary responsibilities include: -Completing complex assembly work -Identify issues and report to management -Maintain a clean and orderly work space -Safely operate machines and hand tools -Manufacture products in with care and efficiency -Read and comprehend work instructions -Work well in a team environment Having mechanical assembly skills is preferred but not required. Being familiar with Microsoft Office is also a plus. A background check and drug test will be required (THC friendly).
