Hello. We are a state licensed childcare home serving families with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers ages 0 through 6. This is a quality year-round program featuring a custom developed curriculum according to the individual needs of the children. We offer a kindergarten readiness program, promoting a learning foundation to get children prepared to enter school and also for lifelong learning. Fresh, homecooked meals are served daily. I love children and I love to serve my community. My career in Early Childhood Education began more than 17 years ago. I've worked for childcare centers in different capacities from teacher to site supervisor, and have owned and operated another licensed childcare home in Stockton. My Bachelor's degree is in Child Development and am currently in my final year of a Master's degree program in the same field. I maintain a valid Child Development Program Director Permit from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. I also maintain current and valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid training certifications. I believe the first 5 years of a child's life are the foundation to their lifelong wellbeing. I commit myself to offering a safe space with opportunities for children to develop their physical, social, emotional, and mental skills. I respect and honor cultural differences. Language and literacy are especially important to me. Children in my care encounter multiple languages. Reading everyday and open accessibility to books is a pillar in our childcare home.
