help w/ meals after spinal surgery

Hello I'm sorry to ask as I hate asking for help but after my ACDF (Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion) c4-c6 surgery 9/28. I realized I will need more physical help from my partner and it would be a huge stress relief for me a mom of 4 (only typically 2-3 come on the weekends and if my partner didn't have to also worry about meals all the time that would be huge help.
