San Luis Obispo based general contracting company specializing in custom homes and renovations seeking qualified carpenter to join our dynamic team. Requirements: • Own truck and personal tools (shop tools provided) • Integrity • Desire and willingness to advance your skills • Excellent work ethic • Experience in framing and finish carpentry • Detail orientated Job Duties Include: • Installation of exterior doors, windows, siding and trim, including waterproofing. • Framing – light to heavy. • Interior finish work – all aspects including door hanging and molding work. • Light demo. THIS IS A POTENTIAL FOREMAN POSITION IF QUALIFIED. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND COMPENSATION WOULD BE INCLUDED.
