Looking for House cleaner/maid.

I'm looking for someone to clean a small one room little building. It's just a bedroom size with a bathroom and a shower. I have emphysema and can't do anything. I just need the bathroom and shower cleaned, bed made, everything wiped down and dusted and the floor swept and mopped. I have no cleaning supplies or even rags. All that I have is a broom...I don't even have a bucket. Of course I'm willing to pay and would like to set this up to be regularly done. At least once or twice a month.
