Team Embrey is looking for a HOUSEKEEPER to support our Property Management team. As a HOUSEKEEPER, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Clean and maintain vacant units for leasing, main office, recreational rooms, models, restrooms, and laundry facilities daily. Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand and notify Maintenance Supervisor of items to order. Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive. Qualifications 1 year Housekeeping experience in Property Management or similar position High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid Driver’s License Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non DOT Testing, MVR Position type: hourly, full-time with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k); Position location: Austin, TX; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor. #LI-MA1
