Free Honey Bee Rescue Needed!

We have had a small hive growing for a little over a week (we think) in our back patio area below a chair. Some people we have called so far have said that the bees are likely left over from a swarm that has since moved on and that they will likely die without a queen. But I’m hoping to avoid that! If you are able to safely come and re-home these bees, without a fee, we would be so grateful! As would our planet! :-)
