Penn is a super sweet and cuddly boy who loves to be pet. He is very shy so he would need someone to be patient with him and let him get used to his new home. He is neutered and up to date with his vaccinations. He does well with other cats and would be good with kids since he is not aggressive! We are currently fostering him with the hopes of getting him adopted.
