Looking for some musicians to shape new tunes. I write mostly on guitar (with a bit of piano tinkering thrown in). I draw from many different genres, but you'd probably say most of my stuff sounds like indie/alternative rock with occasional dashes of alt-country. If you have similar interests, great. If you play guitar, too, great. Maybe even better: bass and/or keys. Or any instrument, really. The point of this isn't to stay in a genre or arrangement comfort zone. It's to broaden the palette and develop fresh ideas. I enjoy anything with a good hook, engaging melodies, harmonies, rhythms, etc. Hoping to create some music we're excited about and do some recording, maybe trying for sync. If the feeling's right, maybe do some gigs. But mostly, I'm looking to have somebody else I'm accountable to so I keep working at the craft.
