Windy N Ranch, LLC is looking for a butcher's assistant to join our team. Assistant will work closely with our head butcher to cut sides of beef, pork, lamb and goat, and break down primal cuts (steaks, ribs, roasts, etc.). Experience is preferred, but not required. Will train! Eligible applicants must: ☑ Be available on weekdays during normal working hours. Weekend work is a possibility after training is complete. ☑ Be 18 years of age or older. ☑ Willing to adhere to all safety requirements, including wearing protective gear. ☑ Live in Kittitas County. ☑ Be self-motivated, reliable and ready to work as a team.
