This is a 10-week indoor walking program advocating for more people to get health conscious & physically active.
Join us Monday evenings for 10 weekly indoor walking sessions. Here's a chance to meet new friends and set exercise goals - all in a safe, warm, and fun environment. Class is limited to 12 participants for physical distancing and our Co-Vid policy will be in effect.
Participants will set goals for the 10-week challenge. Register for weekly $5.00 sessions or all 10 weeks for $45. Wear appropriate clothing and athletic shoes for walking and a bring your water bottle. All participants will be asked to read, sign and follow Co-Vid policy.
Karen Frazier Whittle is your instructor for this class. She is a certified Health, Life and Wellness coach who looks forward to helping you have fun as you work towards your wellness goals.
