Hello! We just moved to Montclair from Atlanta and are expecting our first child in mid-October. We are seeking a full-time night nanny We are also seeking a part time night nanny for 2 days week Start Date: Mid-October based upon the due date of October 19. Location: Montclair NJ. We are located very close to the Watchung Avenue NJ Transit train stop as well as on the 28 Bus line. Hours: 10pm to 6am, five days a week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights) Note that through a separate posting we are also seeking weekend night nanny help, so depending on each candidate's preferences an alternative day schedule may be able to be accommodated. Qualifications: Must have at least 3 years of experience caring for infants, be infant CPR certified, and pass a background check. Job Expectations: Feeding & soothing the newborn. These tasks are the common infant tasks such as changing diapers, feeding, bottles, cleaning up after spit ups, getting them to sleep. Light housekeeping when the baby is sleeping. These can include things like sweeping, dishes, laundry, wiping, putting things away, meal prep. We are looking for 4-6 months of night nanny help to get started. We may consider extending longer depending on our needs at that time. Compensation: $16-22/hr, depending on experience Ideal but not Mandatory Qualifications: Able to use phone apps that help track the newborns sleep, feeding, etc. Available for part-time weekend help in addition to week day help Benefits: Employee status with payroll processing through Nanny Lane, Nanny Chex, or similar. Sick leave accrual
