Ready to implement healthy habits for a healthy year with this new four-part series on the What, How, When, and Why of Eating? Join Karen Frazier-Whittle as you kick off the new year by exploring the impacts of food and the ways in which you consume it can drastically affect your quality of life. Each workshop in this series focuses on a different question to guide you down your path of personal journey towards health and wellness. Workshop 1: What We Eat | Jan. 6 This session highlights what you consume both mentally and physically. It will delve into all the aspects of your life that you take in day-to-day. Workshop 2: How To Eat | Jan. 13 This session encompasses an exploration of the methods you use while eating and how they can affect your nutrition, metabolism, and mood. Workshop 3: When To Eat | Jan. 20 This session provides an in-depth look at the cycles of eating you normally engage in to see how the effects of timing and your environment have on you. Workshop 4: Why We Eat | Jan. 27 This final session ends the series with an examination of why we eat - beyond nutrition and into the intangible benefits associated with it.
