I just moved to Newport and would like to connect with other academics and intellectuals for meaningful gatherings, discussion, film / documentary viewings, and the like. Please get in touch and let me know a good coffee shop where we can meet. I will ask the library if their meeting room is available for a group like this. I am an experienced facilitator, and have participated in several similar groups in other cities so I can bring subjects to our table if more structure is desired. Diverse viewpoints are welcome, we are inclusive but we understand that diversity does not include hate and bigotry of those we want to include! Thank you and look forward to connecting.
