Job Requirements
• Regularly travel to inspect Unicare’s quality of service in and outside of Texas
• Janitorial experience not required but preferred
Job responsibilities:
• Regularly communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines
• Tracking and following up on client account issues and plans
• Developing timelines & project cost evaluations for clients
• Coordinating teams to accomplish tasks and responding to customer complaints
• Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
• Hold weekly meetings with crew leaders who perform the work to ensure proper quality of service
• Create reports and report to multiple managers
• Assist in client meetings quarterly to discuss project progress
• Monitor time tracking software and inspection software
• Regularly update Excel sheets & report to management
• Take on varying projects and tasks given by direct supervision
