Mock Jurors Wanted! Local law firm seeking participants to act as mock jurors for an in-person mock trial and focus group. Mock trial to take place on the evening of Tuesday October 11, 2022 in Colchester, Vt for approximately 2.5 hours. Each participant will be compensated $75.00. Light dinner and coffee will be provided. This is an opportunity for our attorneys to “test the waters” of a real-life case for one of our clients, and to gauge how the case may be perceived by a jury of our client’s peers. The information gathered at this mock trial will have real-world consequences and, for this reason, we ask that participants take the task seriously and act with discretion and in confidence. Participants will be required to attend a presentation of the facts of the case, answer a questionnaire, participate in a debriefing and give other forms of feedback that will be shared with our client.
