The M62s is looking for a new male co-lead singer and front man! Based in the Rye/Mamaroneck area, The M62s are a fun local cover band well known for their party atmosphere gigs. We play alternative and indie rock from the 80s to the current day. Clash, Cure, Killers, Pretenders, Blondie, Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Oasis, U2, Bowie, Ramones and more. We are looking for someone to share the load 50/50 with Holly, our female co-lead singer. You will take the lead on some songs and also provide backing vocals/harmonies. Previous experience of being in a being in rock band, and leading the performance with the crowd is required. We rehearse in Mamaroneck and play about 6 to 8 gigs a year (largely for fun) around this part of Westchester, including the famous floating festival - Rock the Boat in Rye Harbor.
