Meet Bow! He is an amazing pup! We have been his foster home for quite some time now. He was part of a litter that was found in a dumpster at 3 days old, I bottle fed him and his siblings for the Stover MO Animal Rescue. He had some initial bumps in his adoption road and we had decided to have him stay long term. Unfortunately, as he has gotten older he has starting fighting our older male dog for the alpha position in our home, so we can no longer foster him. We need to find his forever home! He is gentle, loving and a HUGE cuddle bug! He is well trained, fully potty trained with no accidents ever. He is crate trained but honestly doesn't need it. He can be left out in the home and doesn't chew or anything but if needed he handles the crate great (we can pass along the crate he uses now if that would be helpful). He knows commands, WAIT (he will sit and wait for his food or anything else you want him to wait for!), SIT, DOWN, OUT (this one is very handy, if you need him to leave the room, or out from under the table ect he will leave if you say OUT). We currently use a gentle leader when walking him, he is very excited by squirrels on walks but he is really making good leash progress! He is great off leash, he stays close and listens when called back, he loves to go out on hikes with us or camping. I can't say it enough, he is a WONDERFUL dog, easy to have around and so lovable. He is great with other dogs in social settings, he is not aggressive at all when meeting new friends! He does great at the dog park or with any dogs he meets on off leash on the trail. he is also great with kids, we have 3 (8, 6 and 3) he is gentle, patient and loving with them... he gives them lost of kisses! He just needs to be in a home where he can be alpha with no one challenging it. That could be a home with no other dogs or with a smaller dog that is submissive.
