I'm looking for a reverse mortgage but my condo community does not qualify for FHA standards because it's primarily investor owned. I'm trying to find another way to secure a reverse mortgage. If an investor just wants to pay my monthly mortgage and develop some legal paperwork stating that upon my death the property would be turned over to the investor that could be an option.
