156 Metal Recycling is currently seeking multiple general labor employees; Inside the shop and out in the yard Hours; 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday 8 am - Noon on Saturday Starting pay is $15/hr. with overtime and a re-evaluation at 90 days. Position Overview; Identifying and Buying materials from customers and some commercial customers Providing customer service through efficient unloading and explanations of purchases if needed to the customer Sorting and correctly storing purchased materials Upgrading and processing material Experience and Skill Requirements; Self Starter Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Ability to work individual or in a team type setting Forklift and/or Skid steer experience is valued but not necessary *Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. Safety oriented. Strong Integrity Observant, multi-tasker, and polite Must have ID, reliable transportation and the ability to pass a drug screen.
