Former Assets of a Major Biotech Company Negotiated Sale followed by Global Online Auction October 4th to 6th If interested, please request the Online Catalog link by replying to this post Featuring a State-of-the-Art Plastic Annealing Processing Line Featured Asset Description: The processing line consists of the following: unwind with liner rewind; traverse direction orienter (TDO) and oven; accumulator; pull roll with edge trim; web cleaner; inspection station; winder and liner unwind. The line speed of this line is FPS and accommodates a maximum width roll of 59 inches. The maximum finished roll diameter is 1 meter (39.37 inches). The system includes two different touch screens - one to assist operators in detecting errors in the Unwind OCS and another touchscreen at the Winder OCS. The oven is approximately 70 feet in length with four (4) drying zones with a capability of 550 degrees Fahrenheit; All four zones have independent temperature control. There are two (2) HMI's (Human Machine Interface), one provides access to the Unwind OCS and the other for the Winder OCS. The Winding area of the process line consists of defect detection system which utilizes six (6) Dr. Schenk cameras to provide for consistent results. Easy Inspect Station provides an interface to the camera systems which provides live feedback for potential defects. This processing line has less than 200 hours run time.
