Must be able to install.

--MUST BE ALBE TO CLIMB LADDERS AND NOT BE AFRAID OF HIGHTS--
-Must be able to demo
-Must be able to do carpentry work.
-Install plywood decking.
-Must have your own tools
-Must have reliable transpiration
-Must be reliable and on time everyday
