Looking to hire a water mitigation technician and a lead water mitigation technician. Pay based on experience. Employees will be part of an on call rotation. This is typically 1 week a month. A bonus is paid per job you are called out on. Typically there is an end of year bonus as well.
Duties include water extraction, demo, equipment set up, daily monitoring of the moisture levels and the drying environment/equipment and equipment take down/removal at the end of the job. Lead techs will be tasked with documentation of the job as well. This includes notes, pictures and completing compliance tasks in our job management system. This also include keeping drying logs through MICA.
Experience not required for technician but is a plus. Lead tech must have at least 1 year of experience.
