Handyman Needed for Real Estate Company!

Local real estate company is looking to hire a part time handyman ASAP. The hours will vary but will increase in the future. The pay is $30/hour. Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For example: installing new door knobs or locks, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, completing minor repairs on the properties, and helping with staging, moving and lifting. Extra compensation if you are available to be a contact person and respond to city/neighbor complaints. Should be a rare occasion, but will be compensated for any calls you might get. You must have your own transportation and tools and work as an independent contractor.
