Production Reports to: Production Lead / Supervisor on duty Schedule: We have two schedules 2am start with sunday work 5am start with Saturday work Purpose: The primary function of this position is to clean and pack herbs according to the directions provided by the leadership entities of the company ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1 The Employee must be trained and follow Company Rules 2 The Employee must be trained and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 3 The Employee must be on time at their workstation at the beginning of their shift 4 The Employee is responsible for all work equipment assigned to them (Guns, Shears, Smocks, Uniforms, etc…) 5 The Employee is responsible for the cleanliness of their area 6 The Employee is responsible for time stamping and signing each order they work on 7 The Employee is responsible for the quality of the product (Herb) they are packing. 8 The Employee is responsible for making sure the product (Herb) they are working on is packed in the appropriate bag, box or container 9 The Employee is responsible for making sure the product (Herb) they are working on is labeled correctly 12 Performing other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: 1 Employee needs to be dependable 2 Employee needs to be able to follow directions 3 Employee must be able to read and write to be able to understand what they are packing 4 Employee needs to be one time, ready to work at their table when the shift begins 5 Employee must have good attendance ( Misses less than three days a year, unless too sick to work by doctors authorization) 6 Employee needs to be able to work in cold climate 7 Employee needs to be able to stand the entire Shift 8 Employee Must wear appropriate clothing and uniform for working in cold climate
