If ad is still up, we are still hiring. We have many locations to staff. And are always looking for "as-needed" cleaning personnel for call-outs and/or last minute accounts. Reply with your resume/work-experience! We assist facilities with staffing janitorial needs on a regular and on-going basis. We staff for surgical centers, medical offices, restaurants, research facilities etc. We are currently in search of a professional, reliable, and trustworthy team and/or individual that would serve as independent contractors. - Most accounts are night shift, starting after 4:30pm. - Many of our accounts require janitorial/cleaning services five days a week with various hours needed at each facility. - - Scope of work, and hours would be provided before starting at any facility. - We provide flexibility and a self-determined schedule. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work nights, work independently without micro-management, can work efficiently and swiftly. All equipment will be provided at each facility per their requirements and preferences. Pay: This is not an hourly position. EACH facility provides a compensation package and will be set for each facility. You will be paid biweekly and you will stay with contracted with that facility. Dependent upon how many facilities you would like pick up, your may pay will range. Compensation starts $1000.00/monthly (this would be an example for a smaller facility, requiring less time spent on scope of work). Scope of work per facility will vary, some locations have a scope of work of 2-3 hours per night, opposed to 5-6 hours per night for our larger facilities. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, and client requirements. On site training will be provided by our facility coordinator, and constant support will be provided throughout. Duties may include: - Opening location with security code and key, locking facility and arming upon finishing - accessing location after business hours (some locations start after 9:00pm) - sign off on tasks daily in communication log on premises - stocking toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers - Dusting surfaces - Sweeping floors, mopping floors (microfiber mopping only) - Maintain cleanliness of bathroom, wipe surfaces, clean sinks, wipe mirrors. - Change and take out garbage, dumpsters are on site - Terminal cleaning (if location has operating rooms - training will be provided) - Mild grounds keeping (sweeping around entrance of facility, watering plants etc) (each location will have specific scope of work to be completed, this will be provided to you) Experience/Knowledge: Previous professional cleaning experience preferred but not required General Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of proper and safe use of applicable custodial equipment (microfiber mop, dust broom, cleaning chemicals). - Willingness to be open to learning and growing. - Appropriate maturity of judgment and behavior. - Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance. - Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity in light of attendance policy and client operating hours and/or requests for cleaning services during particular time range. - Great time management skills! Other honorable mentions: - Ability to work a flexible schedule. - Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed (if facility is closed, and you provided janitorial services the night before then you will not need to come in - we will let you know if you need to be dispatched or not). - Be teachable, and have ability to work well alone and in a team. - Assignment locations currently in Orange County and Greater LA county. - Reliable transportation is a must Job Types: Independent contractor, and "as needed" cleaning personnel desired Pay: Pay is per account, varied.
