Requirement:
Driver’s License, insurance and reliable transportation
Physical stamina
Duties: types of areas to clean restrooms, offices, lobbies, clubhouses, BBQS, fitness center, empty trash, washing pool decks and furniture, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning.
This job is physical with some time spent outside in the desert sun. This position requires you to be able to bend turn, carry a water hose and cleaning bucket and stand on your feet for long period of time.
