Landscaper/ Construction Laborer $18 per hour 40 hour a week year-round. Use top of the line company vehicles and equipment. Work starts and ends at our shop in Spring hill. Fast Home Trade is a local direct home buyer. We purchase homes, spruce them up and rent or sell them. Team members in this position get landscaping in shape, maintain landscaping, Haul garbage and construction materials, do demo work and any other labor work needed. Opportunity to learn other construction trades and advance in the company. 40 Hours every week Paid Holidays Use company vehicles Work starts and ends at shop (paid for drive to the jobs) Applicants must meet the following criteria: Legal working status Speak and understand English Valid Drivers license Clean driving record (Must be approved by insurance to drive company trucks) Hard worker Positive attitude Dependable Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: English: 1 year (Required) Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Pesticide Applicator’s License (Preferred) Hoisting License (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
