We’ve expanded to provide customers with skillful plumbing, HVAC and electrical care. Each service member is an expert in their field and ready to offer a long-lasting and low-cost solution. The HVAC Installation Supervisor act as liaison between office staff and field crews. They assist with equipment and duct transition layout and design and makes the job site visits pre install to confirm equipment will work. Skills:  Develop skills with install team in all areas. Assist warehouse coordinator in confirming equipment is pulled and ready. Assist in post install reviews in the areas of customer satisfaction, job costing and efficiency. Review diamond builder for ductless installations pre install. Build relationships to resolve manufacturing issues with OEM tech support. Manage customer home damage repairs.   Desired qualifications: 06A, 06B or 02 license  Sheetmetal transition fabrication Basic understanding of airflow and using duct design tools. Focus on safety Desire to teach PTCS certified Bilingual  Ability to complete all tasks of install if needed.   Perfect job for someone who has mastered the craft and would like to focus on developing people. ​
