A leading construction consulting company is seeking part time construction professional to assist with loan monitoring for commercial projects in and around the Portland area. This job opportunity offers a flexible schedule with the comfort of continuous on going work throughout the foreseeable future.
This job opportunity will entail the following:
o Monthly site visits for each project
o Meeting with onsite representative to review billing, schedule, offsite material, etc.
o Walking each job to verify billing is representative of construction completed
o Documenting progress with photos and reporting
As stated above, this job is a part time opportunity and will be a perfect fit for a construction professional seeking part time work.
The minimum requirements for this job are as follows
- 5 plus years in the commercial construction industry
- Ability to walk construction sites
- Understanding of pay/draw applications
