Have experience in residential solar installations or servicing of PV solar system? California Renewable Energy is hiring a residential solar site surveyor. Experience required: 3 years minimum of solar installations and/or system servicing experience. The job entails driving within a 3-hour radius of Sacramento, walking job sites before an installation begins, and providing all the necessary information and photos needed for California Renewable Energy to put together a solar permit packet. California Renewable Energy provides the templates of information needed. We are looking for someone that can call out basic information on the conditions of a roof, attic, rafters, tree shading, roof pitches, electrical, and understand items that need to be called out for ground mount systems such as things like leach lines, water lines, generators, propane tanks, etcetera… Things required with every site survey: 1. Photos report with the template of the required information 2. Plot map, and location callouts/ draw ups 3. Roof plane measurements with roof fixture locations called out in draw ups. California Renewable Energy pays $250-$350 for a site survey based on the distance of the project from Sacramento. You are paid per job completed once all necessary info is provided.
