Sniper Drilling Motors is looking to add Experienced Motor Technicians to the Team! Drilling Mud Motor Shop Technician / Mechanic Technician Responsibilities 1. Work in a team environment with other technicians to complete task assigned by Operations Manager and Shop Manager. 2. Ensure compliance with policy and procedures (R&M, HSE, Quality, HR) 3. Maintain a safe, clean work space. 4. Disassembly and Assembly of mud motors. 5. Utilize proper measuring equipment related to each function of the job. 6. Maintain complete tool maintenance records as required. 7. Assist with maintenance of inventory and shop supplies 8. Paint and stencil mud motors to company standards. 9. Perform other duties by management. Drilling Mud Motor Shop Technician / Mechanic Technician Qualifications 1. Previous industry related experience. 2. Mechanical aptitude is essential. 3. Cognitive skills to include the ability to learn, to process thoughts and apply knowledge, to analyze and reason, and to evaluate and make appropriate decisions to help achieve business goals, work with co-workers to solve problems and maintain safe practices. 4. Ability to lift and carry more than 50lbs. 5. Overtime and on call duty required if the company finds necessary. 6. Be able to read and understand maintenance manuals, speak and communicate in English language. Preferred Qualifications 1. Ability to operate torque machine, general maintenance on the torque machine (changing hoses and seals) 2. Ability to read tape measure, micrometers, and vector gauges. 3.
