Lead Installer - Crew Chief for Winter Wonderlights, a Bright Services Company Dates of work: October 3 - January 15 We are looking for a crew supervisor to lead a team of Christmas light installers. Experience leading a team is required. You must also meet the requirements listed below. Requirements: - You're 18 years old or older - You MUST be willing to spend most of your day on roofs & tall ladders - You MUST have a large vehicle that can transport ladders & supplies (supplies provided by the company) - You’re reliable, hard working & honest - You're willing to work as an independent contractor Make sure to let us know about: - Previous work that required you to regularly be on a ladder or roof, such as: window washing, gutter cleaning, exterior painting, roofing, etc. - Electrical experience * We can train you on this if needed Responsibilities: - Carry large ladder(s) with you to each job site - Receive & carry inventory from Winter Wonderlights in your vehicle - Install Christmas lights on houses using the detailed work orders provided by Winter Wonderlights - Make sure the completed work meets our quality standards - Ensure our customer's property is as clean as it was when you arrived - Communicate daily with our Director of Operations about what inventory you have - Report work completion through our scheduling app Why work for us?: - Treat customers & their property with respect - Great pay during the holidays!
