Hey! I am looking for a skilled person who knows how to do renovations and rehab repairs to existing homes. I will like to have someone who knows how to pay close attention to detail and can do the job right the first time. This can lead to more work if necessary!!! Must be able to work a fast pace and help meet deadlines. Also you MUST have: Own Transportation HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS!!! (A Must!!) Be able to accept Zelle pay Trustworthy and Reliable Team player Friendly and no attitude!! Pay attention to instruction Do the work efficiently Be able to work unsupervised Able to help paint if needed!! (A Must!!) Please also respond with a rate you are looking to get and rather per hour or per day (10hrs) is better for you. I will NOT respond if there is no desired rate. Please be reasonable. These work orders come pre-priced but I have Alotttttt of work to keep busy all year long and then some!! Start ASAP!! I need you on my team! I DO NOT NEED A CREW OR PPL WHO ARE TEAMMATES!!!
