Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an experienced janitorial technician.  Our ideal candidate will have previous janitorial, cleaning, building maintenance and sanitation experience.  This position will also have the opportunity to assist with general office duties such as filing, organizing, restocking, etc.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Daily cleaning of all office spaces, workstations, public spaces, etc. Cleaning / detailing of company vehicles as needed for turnover to new employees Assist with general office duties such as filing, organizing, restocking, ordering, etc. Assist with warehouse duties as needed Teamwork – Work cohesively with others within the company, and with customers during projects. Problem solving – must have the ability to think through challenges in real time and opportunities, with a positive outcome. Able to work without immediate supervision - must be a self-starter Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY DUTIES None JOB QUALIFICATIONS Background check and Drug Test required once offer is accepted.  Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a janitorial / housekeeping role is helpful role is preferred MATERIAL/EQUIPMENT USED Computer / cell phone Typical cleaning chemicals for floors, toilets, bathrooms, windows, desks, etc. Equipment typical in an office environment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS /WORKING CONDITIONS Position includes walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, and carrying, both outside and inside. Lifting on a regular basis up to 20 lbs, occasionally heavier amounts.
