Immediate opening! We are currently seeking a highly motivated Logistics associate to join our award winning Bungalow Home Staging Team based in Nutley NJ. We service Northern and Central NJ.
The individual would be responsible for performing all duties related to incoming and outgoing inventory in our warehouse and job sites.
*Move furniture and other decor items to and from warehouse, project site, loading docks, delivery vehicles by hand or using trucks, dollies or other equipment.
*Ensure inventory is properly prepped (packing, wrapping) before loading and unloading.
*Work with other team members, including the design team.
*Keep warehouse organized, clean and build & unbox furniture.
*Ability to use Google Calendar and simple inventory management tools.
*Must follow safety compliances.
*This is not just a moving position but involves a lot of different duties and a fluctuating schedule**

TYPE:
Guaranteed 20 hours but up to 25 during busy season. Must be flexible!
Hours of operation are typically Mon-Fri between the hours of 10-5 but the hours vary.

REQUIREMENTS:
*At least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
*Moving experience is preferred, but the right candidate can be trained. At least 6 mos-1 year experience driving a 16-18 ft. truck. This is a must!
*Valid/Clean Drivers license and must have reliable transportation.
*Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adhere deadlines.
*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
