Kitten $20 rehoming fee

A couple weeks ago I found a cat outside that according to neighbors had been thrown out of a car window. She doesn’t like dogs but gets along with cats. We have not taken her to the vet so I’m not sure if she’s utd on her shots or even how old she is but she’s no older than 3-4 months. She comes with a litter box. I can’t keep her here as I have a dog. $20 is the rehoming fee simply because I want to see her go to a good home.
