He'll say he has a cat named Smiley & will send a pic, say he has to give the cat up because his daughter just gave birth & the baby has allergies, & offer to have the cat delivered to you by a neighbor/courier. DO NOT pay this man-you'll never see neither your money or Smiley the alleged cat. STAY AWAY from this scammer!!!
