I’m an out-of-state real estate investor. I have a small, but growing portfolio of homes and occasionally needs boots on the ground in Winston Salem. This person would handle property-management related tasks like: - Showing properties to potential tenants - Property walk throughs with building inspectors - Supervise contractors to ensure work is complete - Inspection potential investment properties - Collect bids for repairs and installations It would be a great fit for someone wanting to get into real estate. I started out young and am more than happy to teach you the ins and outs. Must be dependable and proactive. I can pay per task or an hourly rate. Would start out as part-time / per gig with the ability to transition full time. Compensation: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour or gig Schedule: On call Location: Winston-Salem
