This is a class designed to counter that, by creating a very safe environment, using non triggering words, exercises, actions and acknowledging everyone has different triggers. A Chakra balancing & opening meditation for the, first half of class. Our Chakras are our subtler energy centers, connecting to our Aura and more. When the Chakras are balanced, cleared, open, & spinning, we bring best possible physical, mental, & Spiritual health alignment. A natural byproduct of open & balanced Chakras is a higher vibrational state, a relaxed body, mind, & Spirit, which increases our intuition. The 2nd half of our class includes exercises for discernment between clairs (our intuitive senses)
This is a deeply relaxing, resetting class, in a safe environment. Guided Meditation, using crystal sound bowls, to relax the body all the way down to the Vagus nerve.
