Description

In this season of undying love, how can we embrace more compassion for ourselves? What can we let fall away so we can get to that space? We can take our cues from Mother Earth...just consider the trees and how they shed their leaves each fall. We have an opportunity right now to reflect on what is working in our lives and discard what is not. This release opens our heart . . . to more compassion for ourselves and others. It makes room for connection, forgiveness, love, peace, creativity, and so much more. Active Breathwork focuses on moving and releasing energy held in our bodies to improve our well-being. Through Breathwork, you can clear blocks, patterns, and behaviors that keep you, from you. Clearing the energy, releasing what is heavy, painful, or stagnant, creates space for what wants to come through you—just like weeding a garden or cleaning your house. Whether you are new to breathwork or have practiced many times, all are welcome. When done in a group setting, whether in person or virtually, the movement of energy is even more palpable. In a Breathwork Circle you will find support and like-minded souls that will hold you close to their heart as you will them. Registration closes at 3pm, EST on Friday, October 28th. Tickets are priced on a sliding scale with the understanding everyone will pay what is honestly comfortable within their means. It is my intention to make breathwork accessible to all humans who desire it. What to expect: We will open the circle with a short grounding meditation and participants have an opportunity to share their intentions, if they wish. Participants lay down with their eyes closed and will be guided through a three part breathing technique. The active breathwork consists of approximately 30 minutes to a music playlist designed for the group. There will be a 10 minute rest and re-integration period following the active breathwork where you will return to a normal breath pattern. It is often here where we find those moments of clarity. After: you may feel calm, clear, creative, inspired, grounded, more connected to yourself and/ or others, forgiveness, or a combination of some of these. Everyone’s experience is different. In my opinion, there is nothing like regular Breathwork to heal your body/ mind/ spirit. Open your heart to possibilities and join us!
